On delivery of your CD/s you will be directed to our website where you can download the free 'listen and read' activity sheets and classroom materials suitable for schools designed to develop listening skills. You have a number of options for payment. AUSTRALIAN ORDERS 1) PREPAID ORDERS You can order your CD/s and pay directly by cheque or money order. Your CD/s will then be shipped to you. Allow up to 7 days for delivery. NOTE: For bulk orders do not use this form. Use the invoice form below so we can calculate appropriate - and usually less - postage. 2) INVOICED ORDERS If you require an invoice, or wish to pay by credit card or direct deposit click here to complete the ON-LINE ORDER FORM. Fill in the form and submit it to us and we will email you an invoice. You can then mail us your cheque, make a direct deposit to our bank or pay by PayPal (details given on the invoice). You must include your invoice number on payment. Allow up to 7 days for delivery. (Invoices will be sent to you from the Children's Theatre.) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Because postage varies considerably according to destination and weight, we need to calculate your delivery cost before shipment.
